Come in fasting
Most panels need eight to ten hours without food, so come in the morning. Water is fine. Bring previous reports and the medicines you take.

The tests
Blood and urine samples go to the lab in the building. ECG and echo are done in the cardiac suite. A treadmill test, if included, is booked for a slot.

Reports are usually ready the same day. Dr Manoj goes through them with you and tells you what, if anything, needs doing next.

- Blood pressure, sugar or cholesterol that someone once told you to keep an eye on.
- Long-standing diabetes due for its annual review.
- A surgeon has asked for fitness before an operation.
Who reads your reports
The cardiac and diabetes check-ups are built around Dr Manoj’s consultation. In clinical practice since 2001, he reads his own ECGs, echoes and treadmill tests, so the results are explained by the person who did them. Heart and diabetes findings are reviewed together.

How much does a check-up cost?

Can I do the check-up at Bhandup West or Mulund West?
The tests are done at the Mulund East clinic, so the check-up itself happens there. Dr Manoj can go through your reports with you at any of the three locations afterwards if that is more convenient.
I have my own list of tests from another doctor. Can you do those instead?
Yes. Bring the request and we will do what is on it, at Mulund East. A package is only a convenient starting point, not a fixed menu.
